Here’s The EA Games You Might Play This Holiday Season

After EA announced a summer time frame for the release of Medal Of Honor: Beards Of War, they also told us what we might want to be playing towards the end of 2010 too.

Of course info like this is subject to change, but it looks like we can look forward to EA Sports MMA and Crysis 2 sometime between the October and December. Alongside these come a, yet to be officially announced, console version of Sims 3, a new Need For Speed (the Criterion one, perhaps?) and another addition to the laundry list of Harry Potter games.

Earn Your Medal Of Honor This Summer

In EA’s earnings call yesterday, we learned that the reboot of Medal Of Honor will be appearing on our shelves this coming “summer”.

EA had said that the, yet to be titled, reboot (I’d love to see ‘Medal Of Honor: Beards Of War’ out there) would be releasd before March 2011 after all. As expected the game will be coming to home consoles and PC, but a handheld version has also been confirmed.

Also due from EA in 2010’s second quarter are the regular sports franchise iterations and a Monopoly game. Exciting stuff.

Red Dead Redemption Box Art Tweaked

A change has been made to the box art of Rockstar Games’ latest, Red Dead Redemption. Adding color to protagonist John Marston was the main focus of change, and I think it looks better. Maybe this game actually will come out on time. One can only hope. Hit the jump to check the new cover [...]
