As you can probably tell, the aforementioned Ezio, is Altairs replacement for Assasins Creed 2.

He definitely looks similar to his fellow assasin, but there’s definitely something different about him. The high def render you see at the top of the post is, most definitely, real and as you can tell Mr. Ezio has a few more tricks up his, erm..fingers.

There’s been a few rumored details floating about supposedly leaked from Game Informer (which is pretty likeley seeing as Ass. Creed 2 is on the cover). So ok then, here goes. Ezio Auditore de Firenze is apparently a noblemean of Florence from 1476. He’s apparently another ancestor of Sam Dingle Desmond from the first game. Other rumors are that you will now be able to swim and will have access to a gilding machine at a workshop owed by DaVinci. The best of the rumoors has to be that there will be more, yes more, mission types in the sequel. The GI info better be good, I might even get down to Borders to get me a copy.
