In an investor call today, THQ’s Brian Farrell has revealed that there will be sequels for Darksiders, Saints Row 2 and Red Faction: Guerilla before the fiscal year of 2012 (that’s after March 2011).
Farrell says the company is looking for: “accelerated growth with three major core game titles scheduled: Warhammer 40k Space Marine, a sequel to Darksiders and the third generation of our popular Saint’s Row franchise.”
It’s been announced that Darksiders has sold over 1.2 million copies and it seems THQ is finally recovering. Some of these games are more than a year away, but I wouldn’t be surprised if one or two appeared before this holiday season.
