I think this might be one of the few times that SCEE have trumped their U.S. counterparts in terms of content. Sure a lot of the same DLC is there, but where are the ganes? Granted, America does get Resident Evil as a PlayStation Classic this week, but i’m sure it’ll come to Europe….eventually.

BioShock 2 has an official release date.

That’s right, the sequel to one of the best games of this generation will be coming to Europe on October 30th with America getting it on November 3rd. This news has come out of 2K games’ conference call and should come as good news to gamers everywhere, as it seems pretty much everyone enjoyed the original game.

I still haven’t managed to start that game properly (I’ve played it for about an hour), but now I’ve got a deadline to finish it by, i’d better get cracking.

Following on from the European update is the, rather early, North American update to the PlayStation Store. Sony have teamed up with Sprint and, as well as giving us a lo of promotional crap we don’t want, they’ve given us something really, really cool.
