Split/Second Coming To PSP

Disney Interactive have announced that Split/Second will be going portable this holiday season.

The basic game is staying intact – players will race and complete challenges with the aid of the ‘Power Play’ mechanic – however there’s no online multiplayer, but ad-hoc races have been included.

It’s going to be hard to shrink the big, Michael Bay-esque feel of the full console version onto the PSP. Having had fun with Split/Second I’m intrigued by this. Let’s hope they can pull it off.
