It’s been known for a while that Section 8 would be making it’s way to PS3, but today it was revealed the game would be coming as a download this “spring”.
There’s been a few legal issues surrounding the game, which is why it’s taken so long to hit Sony’s console. This is also suspected to be the reason it’s only being made available for download.
There will be some minor updates to differentiate this from the one released on Xbox 360 late last year. There’s three exclusive maps and players will have the ability to host games via their PC (no mention of Mac).
