SCEA Hires “Director Of Rumor Confirmation”

In order to tackle the ammount of Sony-based rumors that seem to appear daily, SCEA have hired Kevin Butler. His job – to confirm said rumors. Before you go all “ZOMG WTF” on me, I want to make it clear that is is not actually real. Rather it’s a new advertising campaign devised by SCEA to promote the PS3 Slim and subsequent price drop.

It might seem like Sony are gorging on a little humble pie, but we do know that the slogan for these ad’s will be “It only does everything”. So a little less humble pie eating, but still something I consider a pretty ingenius advertising campaign.
