Media Molecule have announced that, in conjunction with the release of Patapon 2 on the PSP, that Sackboy will be getting a new themed costume based on the popular, rythm based portable game. It’s nice to see more obscure Sony franchises making it into LittleBigPlanet. Some Patapon themed levels would definitely be a winner to. Come on MM, you know you want to.

There’s been no release date or pricing identified as of yet, but I bet we can expect it at a premium and to be released sometime in May (that’s when Patapon 2 is out). We’ll give you more as we get it.
