Red Dead ‘Liars & Cheats’ Pack Coming Sept. 21

Fans of Red Dead Redemption’s ‘free roam’ mode will be happy to hear that the table games will soon be available in multiplayer.

September 21st is the date that Liar’s Dice and horse racing will be added the laundry list of activities for you and your buddies to take part in online. The Liars & Cheats Pack will be available on the PlayStation Store.

Alongside all this gambling, the pack adds two new playable characters, seven new gang hideouts for you to take out, four new hunting grounds, a new competetive mode called “Stronghold”, more trophies and something known only as the “exploding rifle” – surely that’d hurt you and not just your enemy? It’s also worth noting that this pack also adds what the, free, ‘Free Roam Pack’ was going to include. Rockstar states that this is due to restrictions on how many free packs they can give away.

However, they did say that the “Hunting and Trading Outfits Pack” is still coming and should be with us within the next few weeks. So fans who like to play ‘dress up’ with John Marston will be happy about those two new ensembles. The “Undead Nightmare Pack” will come later this year for $10. That’s the one with the zombies and also the one people seem to be least looking forward to. That adds new single player content, that relates to some kind of zombie plague. After writing that, I can see why people aren’t all that excited. Undead historical figures aren’t really my thing either.
