Red Bull Coming Home

Sony’s first third party partner within Home has been revealed. It is being reported that energy drink Red Bull will have it’s own space within Home and will be dedicated to the annual Red Bull Air Race and apparently the space will contain
“an aeroplane racing game based on Red Bull’s real world Red Bull Air Race series.”
It sounds a little sketchy, but it’s free so that’s cool. Hit the jump to see what ,Red Bull UK’s brand marketing manager, John Beasley had to say.
“the game gave us the first opportunity to recreate in the gaming world what we try to do in the real world, which is to facilitate interaction, to give people stories, memories, experiences and a really good opportunity to interact with the brand.”
He also said that Home is an
“easy environment for brands to take that first step into gaming.”
It looks like we’ll be seeing a lot more non-gaming brands within Home and personally, I think the more the merrier. If Sony are going to keep Home free (they are) then this sounds like a good way about it.
