PixelJunk Eden Getting ‘Easy’ Patched In

They did it with Monsters, and now Q-Games are making it a little easier for people to play, the wonderdul, PixelJunk Eden. A new patch will be released on December 19th in Europe & Japan (I assume North America is getting this too) which will make playing Eden a little more peaceful.

A new continue system will be implemented allowing users to easily get back to collecting those elusive spectra. Q are also giving players “a lot more spare time”, which should help make the game a little easier for ‘noobs’ like me.

There will also be tweaks to the camera during multiplayer games, which should help those who are multiplayer minded.

All of this will become available on December 19th, a nice little gift from Dylan and the guys. Although with this news coming mere days after my session with Mr. Cuthbert, it begs the question. Why couldn’t you give us the exclusive?!

I love Eden and I’m sure this patch will make more people love it too. Good on ya guys.
