“Patapon Was Originally A PSN Game”

On the latest episode of the Mobcast (the official podcast of Bitmob), former Sony PR guy and comedian, Dave Karraker stated that “Patapon Was Originally A PSN Game before it went to PSP”. Apparently, the game was to be built for release on the PlayStation Store before becoming one of the PSP’s biggest franchises.

It’s often been asked whether the series would find it’s way onto the PS3 and I know a lot of people out there would love to see it move away from it’s portable home. At least there’s a bit of hope we could see the game return to the platform it was built for.
