Telltale Games are the masters of the point and click adventure and not having the revamped version of, the classic, Monkey Island left a bitter taste in this writers mouth.

Well, yesterday that bitterness was wiped away as Lucas Arts announced that Monkey Island: Special Edtion and it’s sequel would be coming to PSN as well as the Mac. There’s currently no details as to when the first game will hit, but I’m under the assumption it’ll be before the sequel releases “this summer”.

There’s said to be some tweaks to the new game after fans had problems with some of the last game. Guybrush’s hair was apparently a point of contention. Fanboys rejoice, it seems like that’s been ‘fixed’ for you.
