LBP & Home Combination On The Horizon?

The ammount of things that LittleBigPlanet & Home have in common is quite a lot. They both rely on players being creative and customizing their environment, they’re both highly anticipated, they’re both out this ‘fall’ (apparently) and they’re both PS3 exclusives. With all of those similarities it dosen’t surprise me that people are asking the question “will there be any shared content between LBP and Home?”. Whilst this hasn’t been confirmed, could it be that this is Alex Evans big announcement? Hit the jump for more.

Evans said he “couldn’t announce anything right now”. but he spoke about the GDC presentation which featured an LBP Home space. This was obviously proof that the space did exist and Evans then spoke about how close the Home devs were to his team.

“just down the road from us … I’m looking forward to getting the LittleBigPlanet space in there, working on it and making it cool.”

It definitely looks like there will be some collaboration between Media Molecule and the Home devs, but obviously there’s no confirmation yet. It definitely does look like we’ll be LBP-ing it up before we’re wandering around Sony’s virtual world.
