GOW III In March

Jesus, how did I forget this! In my rush to cover the lenth and bredth of E3 I forgot one of Sony’s key announcements. God Of War III will release in March next year.

After the demo was finished we were told that there was more of the game on the show floor and that the game would be coming, as many expected, in March of next year. There’s been no official set date for the game, but at least we know what month we’re getting it.

This makes for another interesting Q1 for Sony with both this and, Quantic Dream’s, Heavy Rain (which was surprisingly absent from the whole of E3) both coming out within, possibly, a mere week or two apart. A scary though for the competition indeed.

Hopefully we’ll get our hands on with both games in the near future.
