It was confirmed in late September that some lucky Plus subscribers, would get the opportunity to partake in the Beta testing of Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood multiplayer. this has now been opened up to all gamers taking advantage of PlayStation Plus.

Available from today within the Plus menu of the PlayStation Store, and be sure to leave some feedback on Ubisofts Forum

Heavy Rain Official Release Date

Quantic Dreams’ Heavy Rain now has an official release date of February 23rd. According to the PlaystationBlog post in which this was announced, pre-ordering this will also get you the first episode of “The Heavy Rain Chronicles” DLC titled “Heavy Rain: Chronicle One – The Taxidermist” for no cost and before those who don’t pre-order. Sounds like a good deal. Anthony’s Preview from back in October makes it evident that this is not a title worth missing, so mark your calanders folks.

Max Payne 3 Delayed

Max Payne 3′s release date has been delayed. Next year is shaping up to have almost too many high-caliber titles releasing, so this only seems natural. It is now set to come out in Q4 of fiscal 2010 (August-October). They already have Red Dead Redemption releasing in April, so this decision is ultimately for the better.

I don’t know what it is with Rockstar Games and the month of April, but their latest; Red Dead Redemption will release in April of 2010. Seemingly a long wait, but there will be more than enough games to keep you occupied until then. Either way, the first half of next year is like holiday season all over again.

Dark Void Coming In January

As many titles this year, Dark Void got delayed til 2010. Luckily, it’s not that bad of a delay at all. Capcom announced that you’ll be able to play Dark Void on January 12th in the US and January 15th in the UK. With all the great games coming out soon, I’d rather have it this way.

Tiger Woods 10 Banff Springs DLC Today

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 is getting the Banff Springs course as DLC today. It’s going to cost you $7.50, which seems a tad high. I guess it depends on how much you need a new course to play, which at this point seems a bit unreasonable seeing as how there are many courses to play already. But hey, any DLC is good DLC for the most part.
