Activision have announced a pretty sweet deal for Guitar Hero fans. Anyone who buys Guitar Hero 5 in the month of September (the game launches Sept. 5th) will get a free copy of Guitar Hero: Van Halen. The best part about this is that, those who partake in this offer, will get Van Halen before it arrives on store shelves.

I understand that Activision are trying to compete with Harmonix in the music game stakes, but Van Halen can’t compete with a certain Liverpool foursome. Bad news for those not in the US, the offer is only good there.
