Eidos’ new Batman game was meant to be coming next month, but it has been announced that it’s on hold until the end of summer.
It seems that the, now Squeenix-owned developer, has swooped down and saved the game from the summer rat race and will now be releasing at, according to Joystiq, “the end of summer”.
The game was previously rumored to be hitting in June, but a September release window now looks likely. There’s been no reason given for the delay but, i’m assuming that it’s due to the mass of high profile releases in June.
As always we’ll update you when we hear anything.
